Is there a minimum membership contract length?

  • There are no long-term contracts; you can cancel at any time.

How can I pay for my membership?

  • Payments are taken via direct debit on the 1st of each month. Members can review and change payment details within the member’s login.

What if I am late with my payment?

  • Should you fail to notify us of a freeze or cancellation request within the below-outlined notice periods, and fail to pay your membership fees by the 5th of each month, your membership will be cancelled and you will not be welcome to train at Grange Jiu Jitsu until the outstanding fees are settled.

I cannot train for a period of time. How can I freeze my membership?

  • If you have a long-term injury and you cannot train, please provide medical evidence so we can freeze your membership accordingly.
  • If you are going to be away for 1-3 months (E.g. Holiday/Work/Family commitments), we require a 1 month notice to freeze.
  • Planned membership freezes will incur a £25 administration fee . This does not include freezes for injuries with medical evidence.
  • Requests are to be sent in writing via email to info@ealingbjj.com.
  • If your membership is not reactivated within the 3 month period, your membership will be cancelled and you will need to pay a sign-up fee if you’d like to re-join.

How can I cancel my membership?

  • We require a minimum 1 month cancellation notice.
  • Requests are to be sent in writing via email to info@ealingbjj.com
  • Please note, should you cancel your membership and re-join at a later date, you will have to pay a joining fee.
